We believe this was caused by an outage on the part of one of our vendors, resulting in bad links being generated when their services came back online. The most reported issue has been with the list of our databases, but some other pages have been affected. The solution seems to be to clear the cache of your browser, close the browser, re-open it, and then try the links.
